Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the App.
Vibe Check App provides an AI-powered tool to analyze the sentiment and dynamics of text messages based on user input. The analysis provided by the App is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice for communication, relationships, or any other field.
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vibe Check Team and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the developer country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vibe Check Team.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VIBE CHECK TEAM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. FURTHER, VIBE CHECK TEAM DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON ITS INTERNET WEBSITE OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO SUCH MATERIALS OR ON ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VIBE CHECK TEAM OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON VIBE CHECK APP'S INTERNET SITE, EVEN IF VIBE CHECK TEAM OR A VIBE CHECK TEAM AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OR ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of developer country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
